Vize does not currently require a user account or login. However, we may collect limited information to improve the app and ensure a smooth experience. This includes:

  • Device information: device type, operating system version, and basic technical diagnostics
  • Usage data: interactions with features, session frequency, and general engagement patterns
  • Audio data: audio you create or submit in Vize may be temporarily processed to enable playback and sharing, but is not analyzed or shared externally
  • We do not collect personally identifiable information (such as name or email) unless you explicitly provide it, for example through support requests or feedback.

2. How We Use Information

We use the data we collect to:

  • Improve app performance and stability
  • Understand usage trends and feature engagement
  • Fix bugs and develop new features
  • Communicate with you if you’ve reached out to us directly

3. Sharing Your Information

We do not sell or share your data with advertisers or third parties for marketing purposes.

We may share non-personal, aggregated data (for example, anonymized usage trends) with service providers or partners who help us operate or improve Vize.

We may also disclose information if legally required or to protect our rights, users, or platform.

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information we collect. However, no system is completely secure. You use Vize at your own risk.

5. Children’s Privacy

Vize is intended for users aged 13 and up. If we learn that we’ve inadvertently collected personal information from a child under 13, we will delete it promptly.

6. Third-Party Services

We use PostHog, a third-party analytics service, to help us understand how Vize is used and improve the experience. PostHog may collect anonymized usage data such as device type, in-app interactions, and screen recordings of your activity within the app, including navigation and taps. These recordings do not capture audio, personal files, or any activity outside the Vize app.

PostHog does not collect personally identifiable information unless you explicitly provide it.

7. Future Updates

As Vize evolves, we may introduce new features that require additional permissions or information. If we make significant changes to this policy, we will update the effective date above and notify you in the app or on our website.
